Czech Television, the only public broadcaster in the Czech Republic, was looking to add an elegant touch to its new television studio. It was important that the look of television programs such as Události, komentáře, an analytical Newsroom program, reflected their mission of keeping up with current technological developments and the needs of the public. The new Czech Television studio opened in June 2018. The designers integrated two 55'' curved LG Open Frame Panels into the front of the news desk. Czech Television chose LG displays because their OLED technology ensures exceptional picture quality, infinite contrast, a fast response rate and wide viewing angles, making the Czech Television studio look ultra-modern and ultimately, elegant.
